I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas supervised by Anita McNew, LPC-S. I became a therapist because I know what it's like to search for someone who truly understands. During some of the hardest seasons of my own life, I wasn't looking for someone with all the answers, I was looking for someone who could sit with me in the struggle, offer hope, and remind me that healing was possible. That experience shaped the kind of therapist I strive to be: compassionate, genuine, and committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and never judged.
When I'm not in the therapy office, you'll usually find me playing chauffeur to my teenagers, writing, or spending time with my animals. I especially enjoy helping women navigate life's transitions, whether they're balancing the demands of parenting, rebuilding after a difficult season, or rediscovering who they are beyond the many roles they fill. My hope is that when you leave our sessions, you feel more confident, more hopeful, and better equipped to move toward the life you want to create.

At Her Healing Path, I offer virtual therapy for women across Texas who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, grief, and other emotional struggles. Our goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process life's challenges, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a new chapter, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Women seek therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply unsure of your next step. Together, we can work through challenges such as:
No matter where you are in your journey, therapy provides a safe place to explore your experiences and move toward healing.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've never talked with a counselor before. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected.
During our sessions, we'll work together to understand what's bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. Therapy isn't about judgment or telling you what to do—it's about helping you better understand yourself so you can make choices that align with your values and goals.
Every client is different, so our work together will be tailored to your unique needs.
I believe every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based counseling practices. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work with clients to understand the whole person, their experiences, relationships, strengths, and hopes for the future.
Whether you're processing a difficult season or preparing for a new chapter, therapy can help you gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
